SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for Collection

Orders can only be collected in person from our depot in Cork. Once the order is ready for collection, you will be notified by us. Please allow at least one working day for collections. 

Collections are available from our depot at Unit 1D, Mayfield Business Park, Cork

Deliveries

Currently, we only deliver to the 26 counties of Ireland. Contact us for a price if you require delivery to anywhere else within Europe. The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, it is based on your location, the weight of your order and its hazardous classification. The amount will be shown before you commit to payment.

Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked courier, so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered. For all orders received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order by the following working day and will normally be delivered within 2-3 days.

We endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible but due to ongoing driver shortages in the market, we ask for your patience as couriers are under extreme pressure at this time.

Please note packages must be signed for, upon delivery, they cannot be left without a signature unless arranged beforehand with our team. Delivery is made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm.

In the event of a non-delivery, we will make every effort to replace the goods as quickly as possible.

Non-Hazardous, Hazardous, Limited Quantity

All products on the site have a classification of either Non-Hazardous, Hazardous or Limited Quantity. Non-Hazardous are products such as books, rollers, brushes, tape, fibreglass fabric/mat etc. Hazardous products contain large amounts of resin and catalyst, such as 220kg drums of resin, Pond Kits that are 20sqm or larger and Fibreglass Roof Kits that are 30sqm or larger. Most other products are classified as being Limited Quantity i.e. they may contain small amounts of catalyst.

Terms and Conditions of Supply

All sales are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Supply. Please familiarise yourself with these as this contains important information related to your order.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices quoted are subject to the current rate of Value Added Tax, unless otherwise stated.

  2. We reserve the right to alter any price without prior notice being given.

  3. Prices are not inclusive of delivery costs.

  4. Since the conditions under which our products may be used are beyond our control, recommendations are made without warranty or guarantee.

  5. Returns Policy – unopened /unused materials can be returned to us within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund.       Freight fees are not included.

  6. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer when the Seller delivers the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract to the Buyer or agent or other person to whom the Seller has been authorised by the Buyer to deliver the goods, and the Seller shall have no responsibility for the safety of the goods thereafter and accordingly it shall be the Buyer’s responsibility to insure the goods thereafter.

    1. notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk the property in the goods shall remain in the Seller until the Buyer has paid all monies owed by it to the Seller under each contract;

    2. The Buyer has the right to sell for the account of the Seller any goods or material the property in which is vested in the Seller by virtue of this clause. In such event the Seller shall be entitled to, and the Buyer shall be under a fiduciary duty to account to the Seller the proceeds of such sale to the extent that any monies are owed by the Buyer to the Seller.

    3. The Buyer shall not suffer any of the Goods supplied to him by the Seller to be seized or taken out of his possession or control under any distress execution or other legal process while any of the purchase moneys payable in respect of the said Goods remain outstanding. If the goods are so seized or taken the Buyer shall forthwith give notice in writing within 7 days thereof to the Seller or should the Seller independently become aware of such event as outlined above the Buyer shall upon demand forthwith:

    4. deliver up to the Seller all goods as have not been disposed of; and

    5. account to the Seller for any proceeds of any disposition by the Buyer of such goods.

  1. Hazardous Materials – The Buyer is deemed to have acquainted itself, its servants and agents, with the nature of the Goods ordered from the Company and of any hazards involved. Furthermore they are deemed to have taken any precautions required under the Health and Safety at Work Enactments or applied legislation or any regulation made there under. The Buyer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of any claims made against it for events occurring after delivery due to any failure or omission on its part to observe the aforementioned safeguards and requirements.

  2. In respect of goods supplied on credit, payment is due within 30 days of the date of invoice, strictly.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns:

If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.

PAYMENT METHOD

Currently we use Paypal only for our online sales. Credit Card sales are accepted at the Paymentsense Terminal at the checkout or over the phone as well as Cash at the checkout.
